SOUNDkitchen are branching out this July and embracing the summer by putting on a SONICpicnic, as part of VIVID’s THE GARAGE PRESENTS…. series. In celebration of our opening season we’ll be cooking-up a day-long event at VIVID on Friday 29th July, which will include work and performances from many of the artists who’ve performed at previous SOUNDkitchen events.
Come and join us between 12:00-17:00 for films and artist presentations and from 18:00 for exciting live performances. Also, throughout the entire festival we’re presenting an electronic cinema and creating an amazing 24-channel immersive listening room, containing the famous speaker tree from Leicester’s Hear This Space collective. To top it off, we have the outstanding Change Kitchen joining us to provide food for the day.
