Jack Harris and Samuel Rodgers make improvised music using feedback, amplification, digital synthesis and field recordings. Their work aims for a reductionist-complexity in movement, often opting for stasis or a multiplicity of direction over more directional musical narratives.
Jack Harris is an improvising musician and composer working with electronics, voice and field recording. He is currently undertaking an MA in Sonic Arts at London College of Communication and previously studied BA Music Composition at Dartington College of Arts.
Samuel Rodgers is a sound artist and improvising musician. He studied MA Time-based Art Practices and BA Music Composition at Dartington College of Arts, and has ongoing collaborations with artist Laura James and sculptor Stephen Cornford, with whom he co-curates the Consumer Waste imprint.
